Our largest and most spectacular space.

The fabric of the building remains in tact with the over head cranes and steam pipe work providing stunning visual features for any event.

There is an inbuilt stage area, separate bar area and ample space for setting up temporary kitchen facilities.

There is ample space for a separate bar area, which would suit permanent setup as well.

Storage, and running water are available as well as full power capabilities.

Capacity & Seating:
Comfortably 400 seated and about 1000 standing.

For music events packing them in, we could double the powerhouse and boiler house capacity.

The Foundations carpark is 100m from The Powerhouse entrance. Parking is free.
